Manufacturing Process
From your requirement to road-ready delivery — a structured, transparent process
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your exact requirements. Our design team creates CAD drawings and finalizes the body layout, seating plan, and specifications with your approval.
IS-2062 grade steel sections are cut, drilled, and bent using CNC-controlled equipment. Each structural member is fabricated to exact tolerances before assembly begins.
The chassis sub-frame, body pillars, roof bows, and floor sections are assembled using MIG welding on precision jigs. All welds undergo visual and dye-penetrant inspection.
Anti-rust phosphate coating is applied before the 4-layer polyurethane paint system — primer, anti-corrosion layer, base coat, and UV-resistant topcoat — ensuring long-lasting finish.
Seating, flooring, lighting, luggage racks, HVAC, and trim are fitted by specialist teams. All electrical systems are tested for load, insulation, and safety compliance.
A 72-point pre-delivery inspection covers structural integrity, electrical systems, paint quality, fitment accuracy, and road-readiness. Only cleared units are dispatched.
